The Foundation offers opportunities for practicing and retired physicians to share their knowledge and experience with tomorrow’s physicians and help shape a student’s career path. One such opportunity is Operation: Education.
Operation: Education offers students the opportunity to learn more about the variety of medical specialties and general practice options available to them. It also encourages students to practice in Wisconsin. During this casual event held annually at both Wisconsin medical schools, students interact with a variety of medical specialists and general practice physicians in small groups, allowing them to ask practical questions about specialties they may be considering.
