More than 30,000 people throughout Wisconsin benefited directly from physician-championed health initiatives funded by Foundation grants and other programs last year.
Student scholarship, loan and fellowship applications due Feb. 1
Last year, the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation awarded more than $750,000 in tuition assistance and funded six summer fellowships for medical students, and we hope to do so again this year.

Happy New Year! Thanks to all who donated to the Foundation during 2019 and special thanks to those who stepped up to match the generous donation from Clarence Chou, MD, in December to help the Foundation end the year in a position to expand our work throughout 2020.
Welcome new Foundation Board members
The Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation is pleased to welcome two new members to its Board of Trustees. Brenna Tomczak, MD, a Medical College of Wisconsin emergency medicine resident, and Michael Rigby, a student at University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, joined the Board on January 1.
